Once your enquiry has been answered, and should you require it, an intial visit can be arranged for 1hr at your home address or the property the proejct in question relates to.  First consultation is provided free of charge and with no obligation to procede further.

One we have had a meeting, and on your request, an initial Design Brief is written up and a detailed Fee Proposal is put together. Quote will provide costs for direct services provided by BaArc Ltd. and intital estimates, as required, for additional Counsultants to assist on advice.

On Agreement of Contract and Terms the project begins with a second site visit and arrangement of any material required to begin the design process. Consultations and meetings will be arranged as the project unfolds and as required. Client & Designer work closely together to achieve the projects goals and aspirations.

BaArc Ltd. will provide a fully comprehensive design & build service, including access to the required consultants needed to generate information, for the purposes of; Obtaining approvals from the relevent authorities & bodies & the successful construction of your project.
